Terms of Service

Last updated: September 22, 2026.

These terms apply to the HomeSiteWorks website and to services purchased from HomeSiteWorks unless a signed proposal, statement of work, invoice or other written agreement sets different terms. Where there is a conflict, the project-specific written agreement controls.

Scope and delivery

Each engagement defines its scope, price, estimated delivery timing, revision allowance, responsibilities and deliverables in writing. Estimates may change if scope, approvals, assets, integrations or client requirements change.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, approvals and assets they are authorized to use. Delays in required materials or approvals may move delivery dates.

Payments and third-party costs

Payment schedules are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Domain names, hosting, premium software, paid media, stock assets, external specialists and other third-party costs are included only when expressly stated in writing.

Revisions and change requests

Included revisions are limited to the agreed scope. New pages, substantial design direction changes, new integrations or other work outside scope may require a new quote, additional payment or revised schedule.

Intellectual property

After required payment, client-specific final deliverables transfer according to the written project agreement. HomeSiteWorks retains ownership of reusable systems, internal tools, workflows, prompts, processes, methods and non-client-specific components unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Portfolio use

Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, HomeSiteWorks may reference completed public work in its portfolio, case studies and sales materials. Confidential or unreleased information will not be intentionally published.
